Discounts and Fee Guidelines
Sibling Discount: Terms and Conditions
1.      In the case of two children, the second child will get a 15% discount. a.       Tuition fee & Transportation Fee can be paid in quarterly installments
2.      In the case of three children, the second child will get a 5% discount and the third child will get a

15% discount.

 b.       No Fee is charged for the months of July and August
3.      In the case of four children, the second and third child will get a 5% discount each and the fourth child will get a 15% discount.  

c.        There is No Application fee
4.      In the case of five children, the second, third and fourth child will get a 5% discount each and the fifth child will get a 15% discount. d.        Existing students can Register by paying AED 600 Re- registration fee.
NOTE: In case of sibling discount, the highest percentage of available discount will be applied for the student in the lowest fee bracket and vice versa  

e.       Re-registration fee will be adjusted against tution fees

9 CBSE  Registration  Card  (For  Grade  10  admission)  and conduct certificate from previous schools for Grades 9 and 10 students.
  1. For students coming from outside UAE, the following order of attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate.
    1. The TC must be in English
    2. The TC has to be attested by: Education Officer of the Zone/ District/ Area from where the TC has been obtained. District Education Officer (for State / Matriculation Schools) / Zonal or Regional Officer (for CBSE / ICSE schools)
    3. The TC has to be attested by the UAE Embassy or Consulate from the country where the TC was issued
    4. The TC has to be verified by the Embassy or Consulate in UAE of the country where TC was issued.
    5. UAE Foreign Affairs.
  2. Students coming from within UAE are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, attested by the Ministry of Education for the Emirate (for other than Ajman Zone Schools).
No admission shall be considered without any of the above-mentioned documents.

Please Note:

  1. The documents will be forwarded to the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION for their verification and approval.
  2. ALL ADMISSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, AJMAN
  3. The school will not be responsible if the admission is not approved by the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION due to non-submission of documents or due to the submission of invalid documents.

Easy payment plan:

  1. 1st , 2nd & 3rd Term Tuition fee & Transportation Fee to be paid in quarterly installments before the term starts
  2. No Fee is charged for the month of July and August
  3. There is No Application fee

You can now pay by credit or debit card through a safe and secure online payment gateway powered by Network International that processes hundreds of thousands of secure credit card or debit transactions every day.

  1. Once payment is successful you will receive payment notification from Network International. 
  2. It will take 1 to 3 working days to reflect amount paid in mobile app/SOA. 
  3. Incase amount paid is not reflected on your mobile application you can call 8004448 for complaint.

Al Ansari Exchange

Parents can pay tuition fees through more than 170 branches of Al Ansari Exchange across the UAE, these branches are open from early morning until late at night, saving the time and effort of paying tuition fees in the School campus. Following are the steps for making payment:

  1. Visit any Al Ansari Exchange branch (https://alansariexchange.com/branches/ ) 
  2. Give below details at the counter along with the cash:
    1. School Name: City School;
    2. Emirates ID of Parent;
    3. Student Full Name
    4. Student ID
    5. Grade
    6. Mobile number 
  3. Take stamped Receipt before leaving the counter;
  4. Email Scanned copy of receipt to pay@cityschool.ae 

It will take 1 to 3 working days to reflect amount paid in mobile app/SOA.

Non-payment

Failure to pay tuition fees or other required fees may result in a loss of the student’s place in the school, withholding of their school reports, references and/or examination results, as well as suspension or expulsion from school.

A student cannot register in next Academic Year until all outstanding balances are cleared. Result Card /Grades /continuation certificate and transfer certificate will not be issued for students who have not met their financial obligations.

Refunds

The registration fee and re-registration deposit remain non-refundable, while tuition fee refunds follow the Ministry of Education (MOE) Bylaws for Private Education.

Student Withdrawals

All students withdrawing from the school must submit notification of their withdrawal in writing to the admission office. A thirty (30) day notification period is required. Email to class teacher will not be considered as withdrawal or cancellation, parent has to visit admission office to complete cancellation formalities and obtain clearance from accounts department.
