Senior Secondary (Grades XI & XII)

The choice-based, intensive CBSE syllabus caters to students in their final stages of school education. It aims to provide learners with the opportunity to explore and identify the right career options, emulate firm values and reinforce life skills required for a successful future.

The enhancements offered by the school provide multiple avenues to students to prepare them for life after school. Career and university placement counselling, alumni mentoring, internships, accelerated as well as supported teaching and learning programmes are offered to students to ensure a smooth transition to the real world. The individually curated learning platforms enable students to successfully appear for the high-stakes Board Examination at the end of Grade XII.

Leadership and confidence-building opportunities such as appointment to the Students’ Council, MUN, presentations, projects and competitions (local and international) help students in building a rich profile for themselves.

Grade XI is evaluated internally while the Central Board of Secondary Education conducts the Board Examination at the end of Grade XII. The AISSCE examinations are held in March and the results are usually declared in the last week of May / First week of June of the same year.

General Studies, Work Experience, Health and Physical Education are compulsory subjects that are graded internally for all students of Grades XI and XII (As per the Directive from CBSE). Moral Education and UAE SST are integrated across subjects. Arabic as a second language, is optional (As per the Directive from Ministry of Education UAE).

Due focus is given to career guidance during their course of study in Grade XI and Grade XII to get students future ready.
